You literally can't walk outside the property to get a cup of coffee without being bummed for an hour.ĭetails about charges, deposits, or other important information:Īdditional information about polices, regulations, and more: I have visited many caribbean islands and have never been so harassed to hand over money in my life. They will not let you have any peace after you walk outside the property gate. They won't take no for an answer and will attach bracelets to you after you say no and will keep attaching more while you remove the first one. The vendors outside of the property are a nightmare. The front desk receptionist was very understanding and professional. At this time I had to cancel the remaining four nights I had booked and move to another motel that could provide hot water and air conditioning. The third night came and still no air conditioning or promise of when it would be repaired and still no hot water. The third day when we returned the cleaning lady came in the room yelling at us to turn the AC off immediately and informed us that it no longer worked and flooded our room the day prior while we were staying elsewhere to take a shower. We only received two towels and two wash cloths for three guest.The second night we stayed at another motel and enjoyed a nice hot shower with towels and wash cloths for everyone. The first night we had no hot water, only room temperature with very poor water pressure. I believe we visited this motel during a bad time.
